Frequently Asked Questions

  • Mindset coaching is the process of transforming negative thoughts and beliefs to restore confidence and help you live a fulfilling and successful life. Unlike counseling, it focuses on your present and future self.

  • My approach combines deep empathy, practical mindset tools, and — for those who want it — a faith-based perspective. I’ve walked through guilt, burnout, and low self-worth, so I coach with honesty, compassion, and the assurance that transformation is possible.

  • I primarily work with women in their 40s to 60s — especially moms and those navigating relationship issues, life crises, or major transitions. Many of my clients are Korean-American, Christian, or bilingual, but my coaching is open to all who are ready to grow.

  • I use a practical, life-changing mindset model in my coaching. If you wish, I can also incorporate a Christian faith-based perspective. Having personally experienced guilt and low self-esteem, I lead with genuine empathy, honesty, and authenticity to bring about transformation.
